The Deerfield Promises Group had been meeting in the same location, The Deerfield Beach Women's Club building, as the Deerfield Beach Happy Hour Group.

 

The Deerfield Beach Happy Hour Group now meets every weekday evening at 5:30PM in the Deerfield Beach Women's Club building (see map). Tuesday was our "dark" evening and the Deerfield Beach Promises Group used the same facilities on that evening.

 

Last January we consolidated the two groups under the umbrella of the Happy Hour Group so now we have the same fine Promises meeting and fill out the week under one name. Got It?

Every meeting is at 5:30PM. In order to cover the program as completely as possible, each weekday evening the meeting is different. Many attend every night, including members with long-term sobriety, so they can stay sharp for their own program. Leaders and speakers have to have at least two years of sobriety.

Tuesday -- (Closed) The Promises. Speaker and discussion.

Wednesday-- (Closed) Read from 12 and 12, discussion.

Thursday--(Open) Speaker and discussion.

Friday-- (Closed) Read from Big Book, discussion.
